Below is a general description of basic duties & procedures that David will implement in your establishment in addition to all his other services listed above.
Coordinate activities of and directs the training of chefs, cooks and other kitchen and front of house staff engaged in preparing & cooking foods to ensure an efficient & profitable food service by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors:
Plan or participate in menus.
