Who is David Courtney-Jones?
David is not your ordinary Executive Chef. However, it is not his accolades and successes that set him apart from the rest, nor his passion for cooking, as most high class chefs in David’s peer group are indeed passionate about their craft. It is more his mischievous smile and that noticeable twinkle of the eye which speaks volumes about a man who not only produces food of a quality rarely found, but one that manages to do it with a laugh and a smile.
Innately driven to make a success of any venture he undertakes, David works tirelessly to ensure an experience for the diner that cannot be faulted, from the quality and ambience of the dining environment to the level of customer service received and of course the delectable and inviting menus.
A real entertainer, David is well known for his ability in the kitchen, but also for his approachable manner and social banter. Full of infectious good humour and clearly enjoying his work, David, who often runs cookery workshops and public demonstrations, is a joy to watch, and his food is a taste bud sensation.
David is very experienced in Demonstrations & Exhibitions, is world traveled, and has worked with some of the best chefs to gain is vast culinary arts knowledge, he is very talented and cooks from the heart, always. David is an artist, but also now very much the businessman.
He has appeared on the BBC Angela Grey Show & Network TV Sky.
