David Courtney Jones is a Fellow of the World Master Chefs Society and is in the throes of forming the Welsh Chapter.

Anyone wishing to join the Welsh Chapter is invited to kindly get in touch and register their interest. All chefs at any standard, including the young, newly trained and commis chefs are encouraged to join. Together, as members of the Welsh Chapter of Master Chefs we will train chefs to be the best they can be and develop food excellance across Wales.
